What are the advantages of modular homes?

  • Minimum investment in construction. Building a modular home is much cheaper than building a home from other structures.
  • Modular houses are eco-friendly. The houses are made of natural wood materials that are friendly to the environment and health.
  • A building permit is not required. The installation of a modular home is not considered a building, the construction of which requires a building permit in accordance with Latvian state regulations.
  • Modern layouts. The spaces of the modular mini-house are used as efficiently as possible, and the necessary level of comfort is maintained for the owners and guests of the house.
  • Speed of production and assembly. House production takes ~6 weeks, assembly time ~5 days.

How energy efficient are manufactured modular homes?

Neither bricks nor concrete are comparable to houses built from timber in terms of energy efficiency. Thanks to our construction technology and insulation materials, it is possible to heat up the rooms of the house faster in the winter and they retain the heat for longer. On the other hand, in summer, the premises are kept pleasantly cool, because the thick outer walls of the houses do not warm up from the heat generated by the sun. The houses are also resistant to high humidity and other environmental influences.

How is transportation and installation handled?

We provide delivery and installation both in Latvia and outside its borders. Shipping costs apply depending on the intended installation location and other factors. The modular homes are transported to the construction site where the final assembly work is carried out. Upon arrival at the installation site, the modular homes are already assembled, so the on-site construction process is minimised. This in turn reduces the potential impact of weather conditions compared to the classic on-site construction process. As a result, you get a high-quality, sealed and energy-efficient modular home.

Will I be able to live in a modular home during the winter?

Yes, our modular homes are well insulated, they use a heat pump heating system (air to air).
